Wow. Apparently the "100 movies 100 quotes 100 numbers" video has made it to the bigtime of Neatorama. I am suitably humbled.

Their link to my blog comes here, but just to let anyone dropping by know that DPN is just a clearinghouse of links that are going onto La-La Land. My regular blog which I update slightly more often is Acrentropy.

The pastels are going bye-bye

Once again, I've been off the air. However, in addition to being busy with other stuff, I am in the midst of a radical redesign of La-La. In addition to the new look, I am fine tuning the category breakdown of links. I'm doing this one category at a time and you can see the first revamped page over in the Actors & Directors category.

Much thanks to Open Source Web Design for leading me to a great new template (courtesy of a great Swedish web designer named Andreas Viklund). Also, much closer to home, much thanks to Jeff Bucchino, "The Wizard of Draws" up there in Georgia for allowing me to use the graphic logo for the new redesign.

Over at my other blog, I recently got a comment from someone who runs a website dedicated to Vincent D’Onofrio called the VDO Vault.

He has spent a lot of time gathering an exhaustive collection of materials (mostly from press kits) on the actor's films and scanning them. As both a movie fan and a librarian, I am duly impressed. In recognition of his efforts, I will soon be adding him to the La-La Land directory.
